Veronica Winston is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who enjoys teaching, consulting, and managing her group clinic & private practice. Veronica has previously worked in residential mental health clinics in Southern California such as Mid Valley Youth Center, Phoenix House, and OPICA, providing individual and family therapy as well as psychological testing. Veronica’s areas of specialty include teenagers and adult age groups with special experience in anxiety, depression, addiction, and mood disorders. Veronica enjoys working with new parents who struggle with the challenge of having a child and/or being working parents. She has a strong commitment to serving women who are finding their voice, to the LGBTQ community and minorities. She is also well versed with clients who are struggling with grief and loss.

Stephen Winston, Ph.D.

Dr. Stephen Winston is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who enjoys teaching, supervising, consulting, and managing his group clinic and private practice. Dr. Winston is a recent adjunct faculty member at the Graduate Schools of Psychology at Pepperdine University and Antioch University. Dr. Winston supervises therapist interns at a local mental health facility and has previously served at out-patient and in-patient facilities, Regional Center & the U.C.L.A. Department of Audiology. His clinical internships included the U.C.L.A. Center for Health Enhancement, where he gained experience with medical disorders. Areas of specialty include child, adolescent and adult age groups with special experience in object relations therapy, mood disorders (depression and anxiety), developmental issues (e.g. Asperger’s and Autism Spectrum Disorders), OCD, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, PTSD, aging and drug & alcohol dependence.

La Rae Neal, PsyD

Employed by a private practice with over 30 years of clinical, administrative, teaching, and managerial experience, Dr. Neal offers psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Dr. Neal’s approach is relational and integrative by employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to include Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Systems Approach to conceptualize the problem and employ evidence-based interventions. It is empirically proven that the single most important factor in predicting successful treatment is the relationship between therapist and patient. Dr. Neal provides a safe, collaborative, non-judgmental environment for patients to express themselves and feel understood.

Jessica Dye is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing telehealth therapy services across California. She specializes in working with adolescents, teenagers, and adults, with expertise in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, addiction, mood disorders, and trauma. Jessica is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space for clients to heal, grow, and build resilience. In addition to therapy, Jessica offers consulting and clinical supervision for pre-licensed and newly licensed therapists and mental health professionals. Drawing from her experience in community health clinics and as a clinical coordinator at a women’s residential treatment facility, she provides guidance in case conceptualization, therapeutic interventions, professional development, and navigating the challenges of clinical work. Jessica is dedicated to empowering both clients and fellow clinicians, helping them develop confidence, clarity, and a deeper understanding of
themselves and their work.

Michelle Morgan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience providing individual, couple, and family psychotherapy, and crisis intervention services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. She has provided counseling in a variety of settings such as residential treatment centers, agencies, and crisis hospitals. She has worked with individuals who have a history of trauma, relationship conflict, discrimination, domestic violence, and difficult life transitions. She has specialized training in conflict mediation, trauma informed therapy, and domestic and sexual violence. She specializes in working with women and adolescents that have experienced trauma, abusive relationships, and violence. Michelle is passionate about serving people from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and walks of life. She works to understand one’s life circumstances that may contribute to mental health issues. She aims to empower her clients to create space, balance, time, and strength to process and embrace their needs. Her approach to treatment is client-centered, culturally relevant, and partners with them on their journey of healing. Aida Mojdehi is a graduate of NYU Silver School of Social Work and has worked as a medical social worker for the past 6 years. Her experiences covered palliative, end-of-life and bereavement support for adults, 18 years and above, at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Prior to her work in the medical field, Aida worked as a high school guidance counselor working with teens struggling to find themselves.

Leticia “Lety” Arreola-Garcia is a bilingual/bicultural Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who embraces her Latina culture and roots. Sam Taylor is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist currently offering telehealth sessions. She has provided therapeutic services to California residents in various settings including: acute inpatient, residential placement, corrections penitentiary, and most recently, short term treatment via telehealth. Sam has worked with adolescents and adults in crisis as well as those struggling with the stressors of every day life. Sam enjoys helping adolescents and young adults discover their voices and build on their strengths. Sam utilizes cognitive behavioral and solution focused theories to assist in identifying unhelpful patterns of thinking and/or behaviors.
